TurnStone Health Check strategy working in partnership with our clients.
The four-stage strategy involves:
1. Portfolio assessment
- Obtain summary of the client's portfolio.
- Produce a list of risks where a "Health Check" may be beneficial.
2. Analysis of targets
- Set up an Audit Review Committee (ARCom).
- ARCom will identify initial "Health Check" targets.
- Prioritise the targets and identify the internal and external resources required.
3. Internal preparation
TurnStone will produce "Key Stages" for each target; these include:
- Primary contact - emails, letters etc.
- Sampling of underwriting, claims etc.
- Other key issues.
- Expected budget and personnel involved.
4. Review and Reporting
- Review underwriting, claims etc.
- Discuss background with Underwriting and Claims Department.
- Produce an overview of the account identifying any issues.
- Recommend to ARCom whether to proceed or cease with the review together with the reasons for the recommendation.
The process involves TurnStone's team working side by side with our client's staff throughout all four stages. This ensures that the client obtains the maximum benefits from any project it decides to undertake. Costs can be reduced by involving the client's own staff, who will also benefit from training at no extra cost.
